It seems a bit far-fetched: an outdoor spring break promotion on college campuses in Chicago and other Midwestern cities in February and March. In this project for Los Angeles-based The Regan Group, the question was less strategic and more tactical: how to keep the models who were working the booth from freezing in outdoor temperatures that dipped at time into the 20s? No worries. The complete canopy set we provided included a digitally printed top, table cover, outdoor banner and back wall, PLUS “panoramic” side walls -- with fabric below and clear vinyl above. The walls allowed folks walking by to see what was going on inside, but also for the use of a space heater within the tent to keep the promo team warm and toasty.
